Integration to the Local Community

During Week 2, Cerys and I visited the gardens; one of the things we noticed was the efforts by the Botanics to accommodate the local animals and environment. This adds value as it ensures the community feel the BG is making an effort to integrate into the local area as opposed to a being segregated garden/disconnected from the community. This will prevent locals from feeling resentment towards the gardens and will more likely take care of it and have an affection for its purpose.
